# Roping.com App vs PBR

The clearest difference is monetization model: PBR at free with in-app purchases against Roping.com App's subscription. PBR also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Roping.com App's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (78% vs 62%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Roping.com App sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and PBR sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PBR holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PBR has 2.4K ratings behind it against 118, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Roping.com App's written reviews are positive against 62% of PBR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Roping.com App ships an update every 2 months, PBR fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
