# Sticky Widgets vs Volunteer Time Tracker

The clearest difference is rating: Sticky Widgets at 4.6 against Volunteer Time Tracker's 3.7. Sticky Widgets also leads on ratings volume (30K vs 3). Volunteer Time Tracker's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 9) and review sentiment (50% vs 40%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sticky Widgets sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Volunteer Time Tracker asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sticky Widgets holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sticky Widgets has 30K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Sticky Widgets's written reviews are positive against 50% of Volunteer Time Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sticky Widgets ships an update every 2 weeks, Volunteer Time Tracker every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
