# Aesthetic Kit vs iTheme

The clearest difference is rating: Aesthetic Kit at 4.6 against iTheme's 1.0. Aesthetic Kit also leads on ratings volume (126K vs 2) and chart position (#187 vs unranked). iTheme's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Aesthetic Kit sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and iTheme sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Aesthetic Kit holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aesthetic Kit has 126K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 25% and 25% positive.
