# ScreenKit vs iTheme

The clearest difference is rating: ScreenKit at 3.9 against iTheme's 1.0. ScreenKit also leads on ratings volume (55K vs 2). iTheme's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 16%) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScreenKit sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and iTheme sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ScreenKit holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ScreenKit has 55K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of ScreenKit's written reviews are positive against 25% of iTheme's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
