# MagicWidgets vs Note+2

The clearest difference is rating: MagicWidgets at 4.7 against Note+2's 2.0. MagicWidgets also leads on ratings volume (7.3K vs 3). Note+2's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and review sentiment (50% vs 35%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MagicWidgets sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Note+2 asks for nothing beyond the download.

MagicWidgets holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MagicWidgets has 7.3K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of MagicWidgets's written reviews are positive against 50% of Note+2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MagicWidgets ships an update fortnightly, Note+2 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
