# Hidgets vs Crow

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Crow at 92% against Hidgets's 45%. Crow also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.3). Hidgets's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (170 vs 32). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hidgets sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Crow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Crow holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hidgets has 170 ratings behind it against 32, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 45% of Hidgets's written reviews are positive against 92% of Crow's.

Hidgets ships an update weekly, Crow every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
