# Planetary Hours by Planetaro vs Sprinkle Sprinkle

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sprinkle Sprinkle at every 2 days against Planetary Hours by Planetaro's every 3 weeks. Sprinkle Sprinkle also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 70%) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 17.0). Planetary Hours by Planetaro's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 14) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Planetary Hours by Planetaro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Sprinkle Sprinkle sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Planetary Hours by Planetaro holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Planetary Hours by Planetaro has 1.7K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Planetary Hours by Planetaro's written reviews are positive against 100% of Sprinkle Sprinkle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Planetary Hours by Planetaro ships an update every 3 weeks, Sprinkle Sprinkle every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
