# EliteForm Lift Tracker vs Future Physique AI

The clearest difference is rating: Future Physique AI at 5.0 against EliteForm Lift Tracker's 4.2. Future Physique AI also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). EliteForm Lift Tracker's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (31 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EliteForm Lift Tracker sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month and Future Physique AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Future Physique AI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EliteForm Lift Tracker has 31 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EliteForm Lift Tracker ships an update every 3 weeks, Future Physique AI every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
