# Motivational Widget vs Canadays

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Canadays at 100% against Motivational Widget's 50%. Canadays also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ads (none vs shown). Motivational Widget's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 1.0) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, ratings volume, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Motivational Widget sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per 7 days. Canadays asks for nothing beyond the download.

Motivational Widget holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Motivational Widget's written reviews are positive against 100% of Canadays's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
