# BedrockTogether vs UG Calculator

The clearest difference is review sentiment: UG Calculator at 93% against BedrockTogether's 55%. UG Calculator also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). BedrockTogether's advantage is ratings volume (59K vs 97) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BedrockTogether sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. UG Calculator asks for nothing beyond the download.

BedrockTogether holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BedrockTogether has 59K ratings behind it against 97, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of BedrockTogether's written reviews are positive against 93% of UG Calculator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BedrockTogether ships an update every 5 days, UG Calculator every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
