# Skip vs Flowe

The clearest difference is rating: Skip at 4.8 against Flowe's 1.0. Skip also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 16 months) and ratings volume (3.7K vs 1). Flowe's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.2.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Skip sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per month. Flowe asks for nothing beyond the download.

Skip holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Skip has 3.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Skip ships an update every 2 weeks, Flowe every 16 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
