# Lingopie vs PartyWise!

The clearest difference is rating: PartyWise! at 5.0 against Lingopie's 4.4. PartyWise! also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). Lingopie's advantage is ratings volume (2.2K vs 10) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lingopie sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and PartyWise! sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PartyWise! holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lingopie has 2.2K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Lingopie ships an update fortnightly, PartyWise! every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
