# Countdown Buddy vs Tickr

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tickr at 100% against Countdown Buddy's 68%. Tickr also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 18.0). Countdown Buddy's advantage is ratings volume (26K vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown Buddy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Tickr sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
