# WidgetStore vs Widget Custom HomeScreen

The clearest difference is rating: WidgetStore at 5.0 against Widget Custom HomeScreen's 4.1. WidgetStore also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ads (none vs shown). Widget Custom HomeScreen's advantage is review sentiment (26% vs 0%) and ratings volume (2.8K vs 1). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widget Custom HomeScreen sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. WidgetStore asks for nothing beyond the download.

WidgetStore holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Widget Custom HomeScreen has 2.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of WidgetStore's written reviews are positive against 26% of Widget Custom HomeScreen's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
