# Pro Widget vs Call Widget

The clearest difference is monetization model: Pro Widget at free with in-app purchases against Call Widget's subscription. Pro Widget also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 8 days) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). Call Widget's advantage is ads (none vs shown). Both are free to download. Pro Widget sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Call Widget sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.2 for Pro Widget against 4.3 for Call Widget. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 175 and 184 respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 52% of Pro Widget's written reviews are positive against 46% of Call Widget's.

Pro Widget ships an update every 4 days, Call Widget every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
