# Watch Faces Gallery + vs Car Play Connect

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Car Play Connect at 100% against Watch Faces Gallery +'s 46%. Watch Faces Gallery +'s advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (21K vs 14). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Watch Faces Gallery + sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Car Play Connect sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Watch Faces Gallery + holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Watch Faces Gallery + has 21K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Watch Faces Gallery +'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Car Play Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
