# Widget Maker vs COMO Widgets

The clearest difference is rating: COMO Widgets at 4.6 against Widget Maker's 3.9. COMO Widgets also leads on ratings volume (511 vs 14). Widget Maker's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (67% vs 53%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. COMO Widgets sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Widget Maker asks for nothing beyond the download.

COMO Widgets holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: COMO Widgets has 511 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Widget Maker's written reviews are positive against 53% of COMO Widgets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Widget Maker ships an update every 11 days, COMO Widgets every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
