# Penedex vs Classifier Collection Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Classifier Collection Tracker at every 9 days against Penedex's every 5 weeks. Classifier Collection Tracker also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (68 vs 16). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Penedex sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Classifier Collection Tracker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Classifier Collection Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 16 and 68 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Penedex's written reviews are positive against 68% of Classifier Collection Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Penedex ships an update every 5 weeks, Classifier Collection Tracker every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
