# Tweek vs Assignment Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tweek at every 9 days against Assignment Tracker's every 8 months. Tweek also leads on ratings volume (1.3K vs 2). Assignment Tracker's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tweek sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Assignment Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Assignment Tracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tweek has 1.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 86% of Tweek's written reviews are positive against 100% of Assignment Tracker's.

Tweek ships an update every 9 days, Assignment Tracker every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
