# Mind Map vs Prodrafts

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Prodrafts at 3.8K against Mind Map's 7. Prodrafts also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mind Map sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 3 months and Prodrafts sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Mind Map against 4.8 for Prodrafts. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prodrafts has 3.8K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 70% and 70% positive.

Mind Map ships an update weekly, Prodrafts every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
