# Widget vs Any Widget... Literally Any.

The clearest difference is rating: Any Widget... Literally Any. at 5.0 against Widget's 4.3. Any Widget... Literally Any. also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). Widget's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widget sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Any Widget... Literally Any. sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Any Widget... Literally Any. holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Widget has 100 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Widget's written reviews are positive against 33% of Any Widget... Literally Any.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Widget ships an update every 3 days, Any Widget... Literally Any. every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
