# FuncNote vs Contact Photos

The clearest difference is update cadence: Contact Photos at every 5 days against FuncNote's every 5 months. Contact Photos also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FuncNote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Contact Photos sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FuncNote ships an update every 5 months, Contact Photos every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
