# OTTplay vs Kathamrt

The clearest difference is ads: Kathamrt at none against OTTplay's shown. OTTplay's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OTTplay sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Kathamrt sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OTTplay ships an update every 11 days, Kathamrt every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
