# MySns vs OptiKit

The clearest difference is update cadence: OptiKit at every 3 weeks against MySns's every 6 months. MySns's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MySns ships an update every 6 months, OptiKit every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
