# PilloFon vs Cruizer

The clearest difference is rating: Cruizer at 5.0 against PilloFon's 4.4. PilloFon's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (173 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cruizer sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. PilloFon asks for nothing beyond the download.

Cruizer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PilloFon has 173 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of PilloFon's written reviews are positive against 0% of Cruizer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PilloFon ships an update every 6 days, Cruizer every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
