# OlympiaTV vs B3

The clearest difference is rating: B3 at 5.0 against OlympiaTV's 3.1. B3 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). OlympiaTV's advantage is ratings volume (126 vs 5). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OlympiaTV sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. B3 asks for nothing beyond the download.

B3 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OlympiaTV has 126 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

OlympiaTV ships an update every 3 months, B3 monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
