The clearest difference is ads: ShopRebels at none against Wicked Clothes's shown. ShopRebels also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Wicked Clothes's advantage is ratings volume (642 vs 6) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for ShopRebels against 4.9 for Wicked Clothes.
