# PonchiTimer vs Safe

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PonchiTimer at none against Safe's 1. PonchiTimer also leads on ads (none vs shown). Safe's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 12 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Safe sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. PonchiTimer asks for nothing beyond the download.

PonchiTimer ships an update every 12 months, Safe fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
