# Bears Countdown vs DailyBean

The clearest difference is price: DailyBean at Free against Bears Countdown's $3.99. DailyBean also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and ratings volume (71K vs 2.6K). Bears Countdown's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and chart position (#74 vs unranked). On rating, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

DailyBean is free to download; Bears Countdown costs $3.99 up front. Bears Countdown sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and DailyBean sells 25 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Bears Countdown against 4.8 for DailyBean. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DailyBean has 71K ratings behind it against 2.6K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 89% of Bears Countdown's written reviews are positive against 86% of DailyBean's.

Bears Countdown ships an update monthly, DailyBean weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
