# @DTNA vs Pay Tel

The clearest difference is rating: @DTNA at 2.4 against Pay Tel's 1.8. @DTNA also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Pay Tel's advantage is chart position (#197 vs unranked) and ratings volume (147 vs 21). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

@DTNA holds the better App Store score, 2.4 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pay Tel has 147 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of @DTNA's written reviews are positive against 6% of Pay Tel's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

@DTNA ships an update fortnightly, Pay Tel every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
