# The Knowledge vs Mission Critical

The Knowledge and Mission Critical both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Mission Critical's written reviews are positive against 52% of The Knowledge's. Mission Critical also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). The Knowledge's advantage is ratings volume (57 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mission Critical holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Knowledge has 57 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 52% of The Knowledge's written reviews are positive against 100% of Mission Critical's.
