# LockScreen Color Widget Cool vs WidgetsWiz

The clearest difference is review sentiment: LockScreen Color Widget Cool at 67% against WidgetsWiz's 0%. LockScreen Color Widget Cool also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (279 vs 2). WidgetsWiz's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 10 days). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LockScreen Color Widget Cool sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and WidgetsWiz sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WidgetsWiz holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LockScreen Color Widget Cool has 279 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of LockScreen Color Widget Cool's written reviews are positive against 0% of WidgetsWiz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LockScreen Color Widget Cool ships an update every 10 days, WidgetsWiz every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
