# cf vs XTRAFIT

The clearest difference is rating: cf at 5.0 against XTRAFIT's 4.6. cf also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). XTRAFIT's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 30%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

cf holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of cf's written reviews are positive against 50% of XTRAFIT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

cf ships an update every 2 weeks, XTRAFIT every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
