# FTP® vs ScooterSwapShop

The clearest difference is update cadence: FTP® at fortnightly against ScooterSwapShop's every 5 months. FTP® also leads on ratings volume (9K vs 1.7K). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for FTP® against 4.8 for ScooterSwapShop. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FTP® has 9K ratings behind it against 1.7K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 86% and 85% positive.

FTP® ships an update fortnightly, ScooterSwapShop every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
