# FTP® vs Paradise NYC

The clearest difference is ratings volume: FTP® at 9K against Paradise NYC's 2. FTP® also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). Paradise NYC's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and review sentiment (100% vs 86%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for FTP® against 5.0 for Paradise NYC. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FTP® has 9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 86% of FTP®'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Paradise NYC's.

FTP® ships an update fortnightly, Paradise NYC every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
