# Higher Self vs HighEnergyMind

The clearest difference is ads: Higher Self at none against HighEnergyMind's shown. HighEnergyMind's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Higher Self sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per month and HighEnergyMind sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
