# Timers vs FaveLock

The clearest difference is ads: FaveLock at none against Timers's shown. Timers's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timers sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and FaveLock sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timers ships an update weekly, FaveLock every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
