# MeasureAll PDF Plans vs Moasure

The clearest difference is rating: Moasure at 4.0 against MeasureAll PDF Plans's 3.0. Moasure also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MeasureAll PDF Plans sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Moasure asks for nothing beyond the download.

Moasure holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Moasure has 127 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of MeasureAll PDF Plans's written reviews are positive against 72% of Moasure's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
