# fastbackward vs Rembr

The clearest difference is update cadence: Rembr at every 3 days against fastbackward's every 3 weeks. Rembr also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. fastbackward sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Rembr sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

fastbackward ships an update every 3 weeks, Rembr every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
