# Sticky Notes Widgets vs LockInNote

The clearest difference is rating: LockInNote at 5.0 against Sticky Notes Widgets's 4.6. LockInNote also leads on device support (4 vs 2). Sticky Notes Widgets's advantage is ratings volume (506 vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sticky Notes Widgets sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and LockInNote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LockInNote holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sticky Notes Widgets has 506 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sticky Notes Widgets ships an update every 2 weeks, LockInNote every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
