# Trueflutter vs Frndix

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Frndix at none against Trueflutter's 10. Trueflutter's advantage is ratings volume (3K vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Trueflutter sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Frndix asks for nothing beyond the download.

Frndix holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trueflutter has 3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Trueflutter ships an update fortnightly, Frndix every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
