# OhCleo vs DAN TalktoDAN

The clearest difference is rating: OhCleo at 4.3 against DAN TalktoDAN's 3.4. OhCleo also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (484 vs 17). DAN TalktoDAN's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OhCleo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. DAN TalktoDAN asks for nothing beyond the download.

OhCleo holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OhCleo has 484 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of OhCleo's written reviews are positive against 33% of DAN TalktoDAN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
