# Chess vs Chess Move

The clearest difference is rating: Chess Move at 4.3 against Chess's 3.3. Chess Move also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 4). Chess's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 17) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chess Move sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Chess asks for nothing beyond the download.

Chess Move holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chess Move has 1.1K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
