# Browser Pro Fast & Secure vs Phoenix

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Phoenix at 68% against Browser Pro Fast & Secure's 29%. Phoenix also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 weeks). Browser Pro Fast & Secure's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Browser Pro Fast & Secure sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Phoenix asks for nothing beyond the download.

Browser Pro Fast & Secure holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Phoenix has 16K ratings behind it against 867, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Browser Pro Fast & Secure's written reviews are positive against 68% of Phoenix's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Browser Pro Fast & Secure ships an update every 5 weeks, Phoenix every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
