# Cooleer vs Ear

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Cooleer at 135 against Ear's 3. Cooleer also leads on review sentiment (16% vs 0%). Ear's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ear holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cooleer has 135 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of Cooleer's written reviews are positive against 0% of Ear's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
