# STS vs VPN

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: STS at none against VPN's 10. STS also leads on iOS requirement (13.2 vs 15.0). VPN's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. STS asks for nothing beyond the download.

STS ships an update every 2 weeks, VPN weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
