# Horucco vs Chromatic Harmonica PRO

The clearest difference is rating: Horucco at 4.1 against Chromatic Harmonica PRO's 3.0. Horucco also leads on ratings volume (20 vs 2). Chromatic Harmonica PRO's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Horucco sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Chromatic Harmonica PRO sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Horucco holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Horucco has 20 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Horucco's written reviews are positive against 75% of Chromatic Harmonica PRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Horucco ships an update every 4 weeks, Chromatic Harmonica PRO every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
