# Distance Tracker & Challenges vs HYP

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: HYP at none against Distance Tracker & Challenges's 14. HYP also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (11.0.0 vs 15.0). Distance Tracker & Challenges's advantage is ratings volume (3K vs 3). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Distance Tracker & Challenges sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. HYP asks for nothing beyond the download.

HYP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Distance Tracker & Challenges has 3K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
