# Happy Printer vs Text & Fly

The clearest difference is update cadence: Text & Fly at every 2 weeks against Happy Printer's every 2 months. Happy Printer's advantage is chart position (#82 vs unranked) and ratings volume (93K vs 17K). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Happy Printer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Text & Fly sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Happy Printer against 4.7 for Text & Fly. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Happy Printer has 93K ratings behind it against 17K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 46% of Happy Printer's written reviews are positive against 50% of Text & Fly's.

Happy Printer ships an update every 2 months, Text & Fly every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
