# Perini vs VX CASE

The clearest difference is monetization model: VX CASE at free against Perini's ad-supported. VX CASE also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Perini ships an update every 5 weeks, VX CASE every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
